In her role, Ms. Stanley will support divisional assessment, accreditation, strategic planning, and continuous improvement efforts that advance student success and institutional effectiveness.
Ms. Stanley brings experience in higher education administration, assessment, accreditation, and educator preparation. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to data-informed decision-making, program evaluation, and developing strategic partnerships that improve student outcomes and organizational performance.

Before relocating to Texas, Ms. Stanley held several leadership roles at Southern University at New Orleans (SUNO), including Director of the Center for Certification and Teacher Quality, Coordinator of Assessment and Continuous Improvement, Field Experience and Clinical Coordinator, and Robert Noyce Education Coordinator. She also contributed to institutional effectiveness initiatives through data analysis, program evaluation, and continuous improvement planning.
In addition to her administrative leadership, Ms. Stanley served as a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Elementary Education, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, advising students, and contributing to curriculum development.
