Verification of Enrollment and Degree

The University of Houston has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and enrollment verification through Myhub. The National Student Clearinghouse is the official provider of enrollment and degree certifications for the University of Houston through Myhub.

Important: Official enrollment verifications for a future semester or a semester currently in progress cannot be released until after the Official Day of Record (Census Day) for the session. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

Step 1: Access myUH

  1. Log in to AccessUH.
  2. From myUH Self Service, select the Academic Records tile.
  3. Select Enrollment Verification from the left side of the page.
  4. Select National Student Clearinghouse Enrollment Verification.

Step 2: Set Up Myhub for First-Time Access

If this is your first time accessing Myhub:

  1. Review and accept the Myhub Terms and Conditions.
  2. Select one of the following multi-factor authentication options to complete your account setup:
    • SMS Authentication: Provide a phone number capable of receiving SMS text messages.
    • Google Authenticator: Download the Google Mobile Authenticator app if you do not already have it.
    • Email Authentication: A code will be sent to the email address registered with your student account. This email address cannot be changed afterward

       3. Complete the authentication process.

Step 3: Access the Myhub Dashboard

After successfully logged in to Myhub:

  1. The Myhub Dashboard will appear.
  2. Select the Self Service tile.

Step 4: Select Your Verification

  1. Select University of Houston.
  2. Select the type of verification you need:
    • Current Enrollment
    • All Enrollment

Step 5: Download Your Verification

  1. Select Download Certificate.
  2. A printable PDF file will be generated.
  3. The PDF is an official document that may be submitted to loan companies, health insurers, or other organizations as proof of enrollment.
