Amulya Kanuparthi, Financial Director

I am a graduate student at the University of Houston pursuing my masters in Engineering Data Science and AI. My academic interests include data analytics, artificial intelligence, and the application of technology to improve decision-making and student success in higher education.

In addition to my studies, I serve as a Graduate Assistant in Student Housing and Residential Life, where I support student engagement, community development, and initiatives that enhance the residential experience. As an international student, I am passionate about fostering an inclusive campus environment and advocating for the diverse needs and perspectives of graduate and professional students.

As the current Financial Director for the Graduate and Professional Student Association, I work to promote student involvement, strengthen connections across academic disciplines, and support programs that contribute to graduate student success. Through my leadership and service, I am committed to ensuring that all students have access to the resources, opportunities, and support necessary to thrive both academically and professionally at UH.
