Career Highlights

Wichayamas “Gift” Paekul is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Hospitality Administration at the University of Houston, where she is conducting research under the guidance of Dr. Tiffany Legendre and Dr. Ningqiao Li. She brings a diverse background of professional experience in the foodservice sector, having worked across various formats including catering services, institutional dining, and quick-service restaurants in both Thailand and the United States.

Her research interests lie primarily in sustainability within the hospitality industry, as well as food and beverage innovation and consumer behavior in foodservice settings. She is particularly passionate about exploring how the industry can adapt to changing consumer expectations while promoting environmentally responsible practices.
