The Honors College scholarship application for the 2026-27 academic year is OPEN!

These scholarships are awarded for the 2026-27 academic year only (fall and spring semesters) , on the basis of the applicant's financial needs, academic record with emphasis on Honors coursework, and participation in the Honors College. This scholarship is for current students who have started their Honors coursework.

To apply for an Honors College scholarship, please complete the online application and submit a résumé (including academic, leadership and extra-curricular activities) by May 1, 2026 at 5:00 p.m.

If awarded an Honors College scholarship for the fall 2026 - spring 2027 academic year, you must register for a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester (fall and spring) and receive credits for at least one Honors class during each semester (petitioned courses are permitted). Additionally, you would be required to complete the following activities:

• Submit an electronic thank-you note
• Attend the required Honors College phoneathons or Grand Challenges Forums 
• Attend the annual Fall Convocation in fall 2026
