Our lab mainly studies prostate cancer biology and develops novel immunotherapies. We investigate the role of TDRD1, a cancer-testis antigen, in tumor progression and explore its therapeutic potential. In parallel, we are developing PSMA-targeted CAR T cell therapies for solid tumors. We also examine epigenetic mechanisms of antiandrogen resistance, including chromatin architecture, spatial genome organization, and non-coding RNAs, to identify new therapeutic targets.
