In order to park a vehicle at UH at Sugar Land, all Wharton County Junior College students, faculty and staff must have a valid UH parking permit or pay to use visitor parking by using the pay-by-phone system. Signs are located within the parking lots detailing how to pay. Students cannot use the gated paid visitor parking lot in front of the University Branch Library. Those who do will receive a citation.
