The conference aims to provide a forum for sharing the most recent and cutting-edge clinical and translational research in the study of Clostridioides difficile and the microbiome, with focus on research being conducted in the Texas Medical Center, Greater Houston and the Gulf Coast.

In addition to two keynote speakers, the conference is accepting abstracts to be considered for presentation. Abstracts will competitively selected for oral presentation or accepted for presentation during poster sessions, allowing all participants an opportunity to highlight their research. Attendees are encouraged to submit abstracts on their most recent or as-yet unpublished work.
