The GCSW Office of Communications advances the college’s mission, reputation, and strategic priorities through integrated communications, creative services, and strategic storytelling. The office develops and implements communications strategies that elevate the work and impact of GCSW faculty, students, staff, alumni, and leadership while strengthening the college’s connection with internal and external audiences.

Our work supports the University of Houston brand and reinforces the GCSW’s identity as a leader in social work education, research, innovation, and community engagement. We provide strategic counsel and communications support to the dean, faculty, staff, and academic and administrative units, helping translate the college’s work and achievements into clear, compelling, and meaningful communications across platforms.
