About Me:

Chelsea Price was born and raised in Houston. She has worked at the University of Houston since 2013 in various roles, including student recruitment, business career services, teaching career development and college success courses, and leading college success and first year experience efforts. She finds fulfillment in introducing students to new ideas and  witnessing their excitement about what their unique skills can do for their personal and professional lives. She pursued a graduate degree in counseling to develop the therapeutic skills to better support the population that she works in her career, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Although she doesn't have plans to live outside of the Greater Houston area, she loves to travel. She enjoys shopping, DIY projects, being involved in her community, but more than anything else - watching her daughter grow up way too fast.
