Patient Service Specialist 

As a Patient Service Specialist at the University of Houston’s Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS), I’m dedicated to ensuring every student feels supported and valued when seeking care. With more than ten years of experience in healthcare management and administration, I’ve developed strong skills in client coordination, eligibility verification, and delivering compassionate, person-centered service.

Before joining UH, I worked with the City of Houston Health Department, where I helped manage community wellness initiatives and public health programs that served diverse populations.

Fluent in English and Spanish, I’m passionate about promoting accessible and culturally responsive care for all. My goal is to help individuals confidently navigate essential wellness and support systems that improve their overall wellbeing.
