Rhonda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a passion for guiding individuals through some of their most challenging moments. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Houston-Downtown and her Master of Social Work from Stephen F. Austin State University. With a decade of experience, Rhonda has dedicated her career to serving the community’s most vulnerable, including work with Child Protective Services (CPS) and the local mental health authority for Harris County. She approaches each case from a strengths-based perspective, helping clients identify and build on their inherent resources. Her treatment philosophy integrates Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), using practical, evidence-informed strategies to promote resilience, safety, and lasting change. Rhonda is known for her compassionate, collaborative approach, and she is committed to empowering clients and families to navigate difficult circumstances with dignity and hope. She continues to advocate for access to supportive services and works diligently to connect clients with the resources they need to thrive."
