Counseling Psychology Doctoral Intern

Jandel is a PsyD Clinical Psychology Intern from Alliant University Bay Area campus. They hold Master's degrees in School Counseling from University of Southern California and in Clinical Psychology from Alliant University. Jandel has worked as a clinician in community mental health and university counseling centers, supporting students of from varied backgrounds and identities.

Jandel's style of therapy focuses on students' strengths to empower them to make changes to their lives. They integrate several evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered, and narrative therapy to adapt to the unique needs of each student and foster a courageous space for growth. Their interests include student self-esteem, depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and identity exploration and development.
