Through Go Global in Houston, the University of Houston Institute for Global Engagement (IGE) helps students step outside their comfort zones and engage with cultural experiences across the city.
Led by the Global Initiatives Team, these guided group outings connect students with festivals, performances, cultural celebrations, and community events that showcase Houston's rich global communities. Whether you're looking to learn about a new culture, meet fellow students, or simply try something different, Go Global in Houston provides a welcoming way to explore the city through a global lens.

Who Can Participate?All UH students are welcome! Sign up for events below. Please note that some events have limited capacity, so early registration is encouraged. Transportation is not provided. Students are responsible for arranging their own transportation to the event location. Once you arrive, look for the designated IGE team member and join the group for a shared cultural immersion experience. |
