- Health & Human Performance (HHP) Department of CLASS
- College of Education
- College of Medicine, except Health Systems & Populations Health Sciences and Behavioral and Social Sciences
- College of Natural Sciences & Mathematics
- College of Nursing
- College of Optometry
- College of Pharmacy
- College of Technology
- Cullen College of Engineering
*All FDA-regulated research and research involving prisoners is also reviewed by IRB 1, regardless of college.
