Dr. Cecilia Sun has over 30 years of experience in a variety of settings including university counseling centers, community mental health, and career services. She loves to help people know more about themselves, and to express who they are in their personal relationships and professional lives. She is passionate about supervision and training, group therapy, identity development, performing arts psychology, interpersonal psychotherapy, and technology. She oversees the CAPS clinical training programs for graduate trainees in psychology and social work. She has served in leadership in national organizations, including as President of the Association of Counseling Center Training Agencies (ACCTA), and as a committee chair for the Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers (APPIC), and the Society of Counseling Psychology (APA Division 17).
