He holds multiple graduate degrees, including an Executive Master of Hospitality Administration from UNLV and an Executive Master of Human Resource Management from Cornell. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Global Hospitality Leadership at the University of Houston, Charles focuses on enhancing internship and externship programs and labor relations in the hospitality industry. His goal is to develop a hospitality management program for the El Paso del Norte region, leveraging his expertise in leadership, training, and workforce development.
