Crystal Hill Hernandez holds a Master of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Southern University. She has spent more than 17 years in the hospitality and travel industry, working in hotel and airline operations, corporate hospitality as an analyst, account management, and travel technology for both airlines and hotels. Passionate about expanding diversity in hospitality, she is committed to inspiring more people of color to experience global travel. Her goal is to blend teaching with leadership consulting to help create inclusive, thriving workplaces.
