Jasmine Fraire

I was born and raised in Oak Cliff, Dallas, TX. With professional experience in lodging operations, food service, and human resources, I currently work in room operations at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas Resort. I hold an M.S. in Hospitality Management and a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston. As an advocate for healthy workplaces, my research explores racial and colorist perspectives and their impact on organizational fit. This program aligns with my commitment to advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and I aim to pursue future opportunities in academia and consulting.
