I earned my B.S. in Hospitality Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and my M.S. in Applied Leadership and Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. My research interests include food and beverage operations, sustainability, beverage production, and global hospitality. With over 22 years in hospitality—specializing in beverage management—I bring deep industry expertise. Passionate about the beer industry, I am a Level 2 Certified Cicerone and enjoy mead making and brewing beer. My goal after earning my doctorate at the University of Houston is to become a full-time professor.
