Ricki R. Oberoi is a seasoned restaurateur and franchise operator with over 30 years of leadership in the hospitality industry. Beginning his career in culinary arts and restaurant management, he quickly advanced from managing Taco Bell to founding the acclaimed Shiva Indian Restaurant. Since 1996, Ricki has successfully owned and operated multiple Wendy’s franchises, expanding his portfolio while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, innovation, and community engagement. A proud graduate of the University of Houston’s Conrad N. Hilton College, Ricki has been recognized with the Distinguished  Alumni Award and has served in several prominent leadership roles.
