Dianna Vaughan is a retired global senior vice president at Hilton Worldwide, where she built a distinguished 30‑year career spanning hotel operations, brand leadership, multi‑brand marketing, human resources, revenue management, and quality assurance. Throughout her tenure, she carried forward Conrad Hilton’s founding vision of spreading the light and warmth of hospitality, championing initiatives that strengthened guest experiences, empowered team members, and deepened relationships with hotel owners around the world.
In her most recent role, she led Hilton’s global owner support strategy, including the company’s best‑in‑class Global Owners Club, which delivers exclusive experiences and benefits to owners of more than 9,000 hotels across 24 brands in 138 countries. She also oversaw the development of enterprise tools and resources that enabled more than 12,000 stakeholders to access performance data, portfolio analytics, and a broad suite of Hilton support services – enhancing owner engagement while maximizing their returns.
Previously, Vaughan served as senior vice president of brand management for the Americas, directing brand and hotel performance support as well as global quality assurance and brand standards. She also held executive leadership roles as global head and senior vice president of Hilton’s All‑Suites category, overseeing Embassy Suites by Hilton, Homewood Suites by Hilton, and Home2 Suites by Hilton. She played a key role in the launch and growth of several global brands, including DoubleTree by Hilton, Curio Collection by Hilton, and Tapestry Collection by Hilton.
Vaughan’s career began at the hotel level, where she progressed from night auditor to general manager through roles in Front Desk, Food & Beverage, and Sales & Marketing. She later transitioned to Hilton’s corporate offices as a regional director of sales & marketing before advancing into multiple vice president and senior vice president roles spanning revenue management, Hilton Honors promotions and partnerships, global cultural diversity, equity and inclusion, and global multi‑brand marketing.
She resides in Georgetown, Texas, with her husband, Mark.
