As chief executive officer of FB Society, Jack Gibbons leads a powerhouse team committed to creating, incubating, and scaling bold hospitality brands across the country. His creative drive and instinct for market opportunities continue to deliver on the company’s mission “to create and execute experiences never imagined” – filling gaps in the market and challenging conventional hospitality norms.

Since joining FB Society, Gibbons has been instrumental in bringing transformative brands to untapped markets. He created and co-founded FB Society’s concepts, including Whiskey Cake, Sixty Vines, Mexican Sugar, Ida Claire, Son of a Butcher, Haywire, The Ranch at Las Colinas, and The Food Hall Co. He also led the development and sale of brands including Twin Peaks and Velvet Taco, both of which exited at strong multiples – affirming FB Society’s ability to build concepts that deliver premium valuations.

Before joining FB Society, Gibbons spent 25 years with Pappas Restaurant Group, rising from server to chief operating officer at Pappadeaux. There, he helped grow the concept from a single location to a national brand.
