As chief people officer for field operations at Chipotle Mexican Grill, Lois Collins leads the people strategy supporting more than 140,000 restaurant employees across over 4,200 locations. She joined the company in October 2023, bringing more than 25 years of experience in the restaurant, hospitality and facilities management industries.

Collins' expertise spans human resources, organizational strategy and talent development. Her work drives operational excellence, strengthens leadership capability and fosters an engaging, high-performing culture across the field organization.

Collins also serves on the Prosper Accelerate Talent and Culture Leadership Council, which develops leaders at every stage of their careers and creates pathways for growth. She holds an MBA from Marylhurst University.
