Career Highlights

Tracy brings 30 years of experience in education to the Conrad N. Hilton College of Global Hospitality Leadership, with a career rooted in mentorship, meaningful instruction, and a deep commitment to student advocacy and success. 
For the majority of her career, Tracy served as a secondary educator working with at-risk students. Throughout her teaching career, she mentored countless first-year and student teachers and created and sponsored student organizations that fostered community service and personal growth. She served as a department head, team lead, academic advisor, and member of disciplinary committees and later became Program Manager of her campus’s second-language department, overseeing a program of nearly 600 students. In that role, she trained teachers in effective teaching practices focused on language acquisition and contributed to curriculum writing and development.  
In 2023, Tracy transitioned to higher education, joining Hilton College and supporting the advising department and its students. She guided students from orientation through graduation, oversaw student organizations, facilitated events, and supported faculty and staff with daily operations, developing a genuine passion for the global hospitality leadership program and its students. 
Recognized for her exceptional impact, Tracy received the Rising Star Award from Hilton College in 2026. She now serves as Career Counselor and Internship Coordinator, where she teaches the Hospitality Internship course, helps students identify and pursue career opportunities, guides them through the internship process, and supports their transition from the classroom into professional careers. She also works to build meaningful connections between students and industry partners. 
Tracy’s career reflects a lifelong commitment to education and student success. She is dedicated to helping students recognize their strengths, achieve their goals, and build successful futures, while proudly serving as an advocate and representative of Hilton College.
