Granddaughter of Conrad N. Hilton, Linda Hilton (Hon. '25) joined the board of directors of the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation in 2014 after serving as a board intern in 2013. She was appointed chair in 2024 after serving as vice chair since 2021. She also currently serves as chair of the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation’s board executive committee.

In addition to her board responsibilities, she maintains a full-time position as Hilton’s legacy ambassador for the hotel company. She has spent her entire life in the hospitality industry and began her more than 39-year career at Hilton Worldwide in 1987. She spent 30 years in various roles in sales. Hilton has received significant recognition for her achievements within the company, including five Circle of Excellence awards and five customer awards, as well as Global Salesperson of the Year and the President’s Award for Leadership.

Hilton holds a Leadership in Philanthropy certification from Harvard Kennedy School.
