About

The Society for Retired UH faculty and staff is a multi-departmental collaborative effort led by UH Population Health in partnership with Human Resources, Parking & Transportation, and University Information Technology (UIT). Our goal is to provide UH Retirees with opportunities to network, maintain campus connections, and stay engaged with the University of Houston community.

BCBSTX Wellness Resources

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas provides a number of no-cost wellness programs to eligible members such as Wondr, Real Appeal, Hello Heart, Hinge Health, and Learn to Live. Low-cost gym memberships are available through the Fitness Program. Additional benefits and programs can be found here.
