As the Executive Director of Administration for the Texas Center for Learning Disorders at the University of Houston, Fauzia Aziz Nisar brings more than 30 years of university experience and nearly two decades of specialized expertise in research administration. In this role, she oversees the full scope of Pre-Award grant and contract administration, ensuring the successful development, coordination, and submission of proposals in alignment with institutional, state, and federal guidelines.
Fauzia Aziz Nisar is a duly authorized institutional signatory and serves as a key liaison between faculty, funding agencies, and university stakeholders. She works closely with principal investigators to develop competitive proposals, construct detailed budgets, and navigate complex compliance and regulatory requirements.
