Cougar Card Services is the University's central hub for the Cougar Card. Through the Cougar Card and associated programs, we connect the University of Houston community to the people, places, and services that power the campus experience.
Our department manages Cougar Card issuance and identity services, ShastaBUCKS, the Off-Campus Grubhub program, Departmental Guest Cards, UHPD temporary after-hours cards, event check-in technology, and strategic transactional system integrations. The Cougar Card touches numerous campus systems, enabling access to facilities, transportation, dining programs, library resources, printing services, parking, and other essential university operations.
By providing secure, reliable, and innovative solutions, Cougar Card Services enhances operational efficiency, strengthens campus security, and supports student engagement and success. We are committed to delivering exceptional service while advancing the university's mission through technology-driven solutions that connect the UH community.
The Cougar Card office is located in suite 151 of the Welcome Center, next to the New Era Thrifted shop.
