Financial Resources & Support

Your education is an investment in your future. Learn how to apply for financial aid and find information about scholarships and other funding opportunities. Planning early can help you make the most of available support.

Financial Need

The FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) helps determine eligibility for federal, state, university and college financial assistance, including need-based scholarships.

  • Who can apply: Undergraduate and graduate students regardless of income.
  • When to apply: Submit the FAFSA as soon as possible to maximize your aid. Find the Texas priority deadline on studentaid.gov.
  • Students not eligible for FAFSA: Texas residents may complete the TASFA (Texas Application for State Financial Aid).
Complete the FAFSA
