RESUME REVIEW DAYS
We host special Resume Review Days throughout the year to help students prepare for
the recruiting process. During these events, employer volunteers have an opportunity
to interact one-on-one with students and provide useful feedback.
CAREER FAIRS
Build relationships with GHL students and enhance your organization's brand on campus
by participating in one of our biannual career fairs. Career Development has multiple
opportunities for you to meet with targeted groups of students and meet your hiring
needs.
EMPLOYER SPOTLIGHT DAY
Employer Spotlight Day offers organizations the opportunity to reserve a table in
our South Wing student lobby and connect with students in a casual, high-traffic setting.
This is a great way to share career opportunities, build brand awareness and engage
with students between classes.
To ensure adequate promotion, we ask that employers schedule this off-cycle recruiting opportunity at least two weeks in advance. Our Career Development team will market your visit through Hire Hilton College, student communications, social media and flyers.
Spotlight Days are available during the fall and spring semesters on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with peak student traffic typically between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Scheduling can be adjusted based on your organization’s needs.

hospitality industry. Connecting with these student organizations can be a great way
to target students according to their interests, and introduce you to many of our

SITE TOURS
Site tours provide students with the opportunity to visit your organization, explore
career pathways and gain a firsthand look at your company culture and workplace environment.
Whether you choose to host a guided tour, facilitate conversations with your team
or present current career opportunities, site visits offer a meaningful way to connect
with future hospitality professionals.
Past visits have included property tours, networking sessions and formal recruiting presentations. The format, agenda and level of engagement are at the discretion of the employer, allowing each organization to create an experience that best reflects its brand, operations and recruitment goals.
