Cougar Cub Diaper Depot
Monthly Diaper Support for Student Parents
The Cougar Cub Diaper Depot, coordinated by the Cougar Parent & Family Engagement Center (CPFEC), provides monthly diaper support for University of Houston student parents who may need additional assistance caring for their little ones.
This initiative is designed to help reduce financial stress for student parents while ensuring that our Coog Cubs have the essentials they need to thrive.
Student parents may request diapers once per month through a short request form. Diaper sizes and availability may vary based on inventory.
How the Diaper Depot Process Works
1. Request Window (1st–10th of each month)
Student parents submit a request through the Cougar Cub Diaper Depot Request Form during the first ten days of each month.
The form asks for:
- Student name
- UHID number
- Child's age and diaper size
- Preferred pickup window
2. CPFEC Processing (11th–13th)
The CPFEC team reviews all requests, confirms available inventory, and prepares labeled pickup bags for approved requests.
3. Pickup Window (14th–20th)
Students may pick up their diaper package at the Cougar Parent & Family Engagement Center during office hours.
4. Monthly Limit
Diaper support is limited to one request per student parent per month to ensure fair distribution of available resources.
5. Unclaimed Requests
Diaper packages not picked up by the 20th of the month may be returned to inventory to support other student parents.
Supporting the Cougar Cub Diaper Depot
CPFEC welcomes community support for this initiative. Donations of unopened diaper packages and wipes help ensure the program can continue serving UH student families.
